It’s time to focus on Cancer Anorexia-Cachexia Syndrome

The Cancer Anorexia-Cachexia Syndrome (CACS) is a complex and multifactorial syndrome that severely impacts the lives of cancer patients, both at a clinical and psychosocial level. Despite its major impact, current awareness and knowledge sharing on CACS is generally low. CACS, therefore, represents today an important unmet medical need in cancer patient care.

As members of the Scientific Board of the CancerCachexiaHub, our commitment is to help health care providers and patients to find guidance and answers in your approaching CACS and to respond to need for information and resources.
We sincerely hope that our focus will also become yours, and that this project can really help to better support cancer patients and their families.
Welcome on board!
